I am very sorry adamp2p. I will try to correct myself in my typing habits. I would just like a few answers for as why this card is not working.
I think that it is faulty; it is that simple. I am not sure if you purchased it at a retail store or if it is an OEM, but I have not read the entire thread, but see if you can exchange it.
I strongly advise against any Nvidia type card. See if you can't buy a new ATI 9600 or something...
...and don't be sorry. I am just explaining why not many people are answering???
Thank you for taking the time to answer my topic. I tried taking the card back, but I needed ID. Tommorw, on Monday, I plan to exchange for another card. Maybe even get my money back, and purchuse another card.
Don't mention the word "refund." It pisses retailers off. Just say the magic word "exchange." If you do a proper exchange the retailer doesen't lose any money, if they do the refund they do.
...and bring a few extra bucks with you. You might not be able to afford the top of the line. But see what kind of Radeon you can get your hands on.

yea, but the worker at walmart arent gonna give a crap if walmart is gonna lose money or not? the only reason y i see that they would give you exchange and not refund was becuz of not having the receipt, or they are lazy...

Heh, I wouldnt be too hard on him, I have lost stuff more important, alot quicker than that.
ok guys...just got a new card..tested..did the same thing..i format'd again and now its perfect...guess maybe even formats can go wrong
