Could you more accuately describe your problem, how long its been happening, how long its NOT been happening, and when the problem occurs, when it doesnt occur.

You need to be more detailed if we can help.

But from what little you have told us as of now, seems like your vid card is buggy. Time for a new one. ^_^

ur chip is defective and needs to be replaced when it starts artifacting like that on such low temps.

actually while ur at it, get a 5900xt. its priced at 200 bucks, and has a full 8 pixel pipeline so it fucks the 9600xt up the ass, at the SAME PRICE!!!
