You can use regular Cd r/rw's. It's a VCD which is MPeg 1 which is a a predecessor to DVD's (MPeg2). There's a benefit to using Cd-Rw's in that you can keep reusing it and burn new movies.

ok this might be a stupid ques ok cd-rs are like 74min and like 700 mb right??? when u burn a vcd does it go by time or size cause i have a movie that 1:11 but is only like 400mbs???
