I would encourage you to do so.11. Complaints concerning moderators or their actions may be discussed with that moderator or brought to the attention of an administrator via PM.

If there are rules, it isn't easy to find them, therefore I am NOT going to bother with the extra effort to find them.
It's pinned in the about forum. You should look at those more.
