    okay when I preview a movie in AVI Preview it comes up good a perfect now when I click on full screen the piture seems out of focused does this mean it will be like that when I burn it To VCD and play it in my DVD player or does my graphics card just suck at large pixels???

    Wehn you burn it as a VCD, the quality should and will stay better. I haven't had any problems with small avi's (around 100 megs) being burned onto a VCD, being watched on a big screen TV (dont know dimensions but still big), and little quality is lost.

    Same thing happens to me when the Windows refresh rate is too high. Try lowering your refresh rate.
