maybe its true because i had problems with my drivers with max pay 2 NFSU and silent hill 3 but when i downloaded the 43.45 drivers they all got fixed

If you use the 44.03 drivers alongside the NVEmulate tool, it should work just fine.

As a side note - the alpha will only just load with 512MB of ram, thankfully the full version won't be such a hog. (from what i've heard, minimum reqs are still 256mb though, most games only need 64 minimum. )
