    How can you be so sure? If he is using AOheLL Broadband, that could very well be the problem. I agree with your other post though, it might be his Security and Privacy settings. They should be set to Medium. Sometimes other software changes those settings without your knowledge.

    on win98 and IE 5 ...u shud try ur default settings ...here r the steps u shud follow:
    Go To Tools - Internet Options-Security and check each zone to its default level ..or u can set it to medium ..if u r extra cautious..try goin for IE6 ...it has lotsa security settings installed already ...man its big time u get a firewall too ..ITSA A BIG BAD WRLD OUT HERE ...u can check ur PC's best config aT cHEck It OUt...the website will give the best possible confifg settings for ur entire PC ..and i suppose this guy had asked for his broweser not werkin ...
