I think he's asking will a psx emulator read rar files.
I myself don't use psx emulators so I have no idea except I would think you have to open the rars first.!!

    He is asking that

But I'm saying no, because the bin/cues are probably withing the rar files.

actually i would recomned you you novasearch.net and search for Alcohol 120% 1.4.8.122 RETAIL should be only one result dl that program and use it to burn the bin/cue file to disk and mske sure you select Play Station under data type at the bottom

you may also need a mod chip to play burned games not for sure though

    enjoy

    powerarchiver will open anything archived.

Nero to burn the CD images (Bin/Cue/ISO)

    WinISO will open cd images.

Daemon Tools for setting up a virtual Cd drive and working with CD images.

By the way, to my knowledge, ou can't open those filetypes with an emulator. You need to burn them first. Or you can set up a virtual CD drive.

    bin file = cd image

You need winrar to uncompress the files, usally click on the lowest number and extract the contents which could be an cd image file which you burn or mount on a virtual drive or the contents of a cd image which you burn all the files to cd.
