I had a 5200 b4 and it would Not work with my system. When I called nvedia they told me that sometimes some cards are not compatable with some systems...
this pc is a dell. When I called them they also said that card was not compatable with this system.. When I put the old gf2 card back in everthing works perfectly...
I still think its the card.... I would try a cheaper card.
