I can't believe Mystic River isn't on that list well I guess theres not enough action in the movie for the young ones

it will probably win best movie and best actor Sean Penn yet it will be UN noticed here

Wel I voted for LOTR: Return of the King. But to be honest there were a few close ones behind it like Finding Nemo and The Last Samurai !! Matrix Revolutions was cool enough but it wasn't the best by far..oh well...

  4. Movies & TV   -   #34
Return of the King was excellent

  5. Movies & TV   -   #35

I think LOTR is kinda overrated...
Agreed. I don't know WHY anyone is hyping these films so much. Everyone I speak to say it's ok but nothing special.

My vote goes to Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

Of the one's listed definitely ROTK - a worthy finish to a great trilogy by the next recipient of best director at the oscars.

But my pick was Final Destination2 as that had some scenes that blew me away, and were totally unexpected.

For those that doubt the worthiness of ROTK, quoting Yahoo movies it has grossed just over $290 mill so far after 3 weeks (with POTC on $315 after 26 weeks) and The Two Towers grossed $341 mill.
