My vote went to Kill Bill Vol. 1.

I must say although LotR:RotK is the best movie on that list the best movie from 2003 was Matrix Reloaded.

Haven't seen lotr rotk yet. I'm waiting till the normal & extended dvd comes out and will watch all 3 extended versions in 1 weekend.
