It's only 4 years, and if you can talk to her, then why should there be a problem? Girls are more mature than guys, especially at that age, I'm sure it won't be a problem.

I don't know how it is there, but in Belgium it is allowed there to be a 5 year difference when one of the people is still underaged. I think that's healthy. Age doesn't mean that much. I was 17 when I met Bender, he was 34. We were together for 3.5 years and we didn't break up because if the age difference.
My boyfriend now is 34 (hehe, boyfriend, that's weird), I'm 20...

What I want to say is: if it feels right, and you both feel comfortable with it, why not do it then? Just make sure you talk about it and keep talking about what you both want and expect.

When I was 14 I started reading books about philosophy. My friends and I spent hours and hours talking about the meaning of things, and how we wanted our lifes to be, what our expectations were, tihngs like that...
The boys of my age were too busy playing with their Nintendo or playing football.
I certainly had the feeling THEY were just kids.
