I cant understand why people limit their upload speed unless the're really desparate for that file!
I admit to doing it using ABC but only when I'm downloading more than one torrent so it spreads my upload speed evenly across them.

Edit: I just thought of something, capping upload helps if your surfing the net as well just make sure you change it back and seed afterwards
