How can I make that my avatar? How do you save the movement and stuff?
And AMD is known for its awesome overclocking capabilites. That pic doesnt make much since.

Gif files can be used exactly the same way as .jpg in your avatar settings.
bigdawg goto kazaa and download "Remove CPU cooler.avi" and then you'll understand....Originally posted by bigdawgfoxx@2 January 2004 - 16:36

I saved the file VB, then uploaded it and made it my avatar but it didnt move or nothing...
OHHH dwk I think I know what your talking about. I've downloaded some videos off of toms hardware that show the AMDs burning up. The Intel didnt outperform them at a higher clockrate though, It just automaticly slowed down to a crawling speed so it wouldnt burn up. It didnt have anything to do with overclocking.

yea try overclocking an amd you'll see smoke 0.5 seconds after you remove the hsf....
try it....
And what sort of idiot would decide to do that?Originally posted by DWk@2 January 2004 - 17:38

That's kind of like saying that Mercedes are crappy cars because they can't survive a fall from the Empire State Building.
Sheesh.

Thats why you keep the hs/f on. It will smoke up really fast without overclocking it. But it seems that AMD overclocks better then Intels WITH HS/F on. Which seems to be the newest fad![]()
