Norton Av2003

I downloaded Norton System Works 2003, mainly for the AV. But, I have a major problem - I can't update the virus definitions When I run liveupdate, it downloads the files, tries to install them and then says that it can't install because it attempted to overwrite a file that is in use, please close all other symantec applications and run liveupdate again. Thing is, there aren't any other symantec apps running!!

Any help?

If you just want the AV, then download it seperatly. It's never given me any probs.
