I want to change the avatar with the one bellow , can someone resize it for me ? And delete the logos from IstockPhoto ? Thanks .

np, it's nothing compared to what you've done for the board

the last one was 80x105, so the board resized it slightly, leading to a slight jagged edge

so i've reduced it down slightly again, hopefully it won't look jaggy now...
