I was going to give up smoking too but i still have about 20oz of duty free baccy left

I have to go back to work on Monday after nearly 2 weeks off

Not looking forward to it.

Give it a real go this time. I gave up 30 years ago. I was smoking 20-30 a day. Takes about six months. For the first three months I carried a sealed packet with me. I promised never to open it. I gave it away after 3 months. Good luck. Harder to give up blue cheese though.
