And if they're unsure of where to post it means they can't read!
I think the sections are pretty well self-explaing, people should take the trouble to read what they are about.

Yes, I agree with you FC.
There is already a Newbies room it's just named as Guestroom.
I think it should be renamed as NEWBIES ROOM and would still allow unregistered users to post.
Also if my suggestion would go forward (MUSIC ROOM, MOVIES ROOM, GAMES ROOM, SOFTWARE ROOM and HARDWARE ROOM) the General Problems and Questions section wouldn't be needed anymore since the problems could now be filtered with the new sections.
