    Lotus Smartsuite.
    Not as flashy as Office but so much easier to use. Things are where you expect to find them - I was looking to change margins in Publisher 2003 this evening and for some reason M$ don't put it in the "page setup" option like they have in everything else. More intuitive, I get stuff done a lot quicker because I'm not asking a fucking paper clip where to find an option or setting.
