Dear Dr Jonno

I have been unable to sleep for the last couple of days/nights. I am very restless and fidgety. I noticed that a couple of our Swedish friend are having the same trouble. Could this be the start of another SARS type epidemic. I suppose we could call it SAD Scandinavian All night Delirium. Is it catching? Can we get, or have caught it from our keyboards. Should we wear gloves when we type? It would appear that a lot of members are already using gloves to type. Do they know something? Definately one or two of them are SAD individuals.

Dear Dr.Jonno,
I would like to refute the last letter, allthough very friendly, its a missconception that Swedes are insomniacs or suffer from SAD. Allthough i have been known to wear gloves on occasion, this is because of the climate and i dont wish to freak my little tadpoles.

But what I recomend for you both is a piture on your cieling of a beautiful sunset
