Well, I can't see anything in Error403's build what I would call development. It's simply a tool collection. I don't know why anybody should use this version as it contains almost the same tools as our build. And if you use my start.exe it will turn KMD Lite into K-Lite anyway

Same applies for your build. It only has two new things. KToolbar, which you don't allow others to use (While you use others works, nice community...). The second thing is the downloading and cleaning of Kazaa, for which I chose a different method.

I am not saying that your build sucks. Even though there are things that can be improved. I rather give some suggestions.


For KToolbar:

- Add option to show/hide the toolbar. The now empty options dialog would be a good place to put the option.
- Add option to nable/disable the build-in webserver.
- The first item in the toolbar is Kazaa itself. Pretty pointless since it is already running now. Maybe option to hide items.

i just edit it in regedit and set it to 999999999 (hex)

@Everyone - i now have my own little KL-Extension Setup on my site where only the options that work in 2.6 are active in the begining so you dont have to worry about all em being whacked out and crashing kazaa, i hope anyways

I don&#39;t know if anyone has had this problem, but when I had 2.6 latest installed and put kazaa and magnet .exe&#39;s in and ran the program, I got to errors on startup and 2 errors on exiting. something about address in use or something weird like that. Then kazaa would turn on but no startpage or anything. I used kazaa.exe from the klchat rc4. :helpsmile:

it&#39;s start.exe trying to force the K-Lite startpage, try using loader.exe to open kazaa till RC9D comes out

that one will not be fixed till RC10 - its a Ktoolbar problem

aside from the same startpage issues everyone seems to be having, the system tray icon doesn&#39;t work quite right... when you click it the kazaa window is restored but its not in the foreground. if i have another program open, instead of opening and coming to the front like it should, it restores behind it.
