yep, until all the bugs are sorted in the versions it will be mostly a dialy thing - but only very minor things like what i have done though

RC9D is now on my site, plus a kazaa.exe & magnet.exe installer i made

no link is made in the startmenu for BadIPUpdater.

Running RC9D:

one computer: loads with two errors "K-Lite web server error: Address in use"
--as this has been discuessed before, i'm not concerned

second computer: no error, all ads show up, sharman's start page appears
I've:
--restrated the computer
--uninstalled and reinstalled RC9D
No Luck: Does anyone have any ideas?
Also, where is the hosts file located so I can delete it and try replacing it, perhaps it is something with the way it is merging??

the webserver problem should be sorted soon, the HOSTS is in (on win xp/2k) x:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

Edit: i have rared the hosts file, you can try replacin the current one, and see if it works then Link

If you use a proxy for http then the hosts file is bypassed.

replacing the hosts file with the rared one worked
error403: not using a proxy, so I'm not sure what the problem was, but at any rate it's fixed
