or you could try opening winRAR, browse to cd1, select all the numbered files e.g .001 .002 etc. and extract them to a folder (or just to your desktop), once all the files are extracted there should be 2 files in the folder you created. a .bin and .cue.

hmm that doesnt sound right. are you sure theyre all bin and cues? how big are each of the files? do they range or are they all the same?

one last thing. so theres 2 bins and 2 cues right? ok so do i put the bin and cue from cd1 on to a cd then put the bin a cue from cd2 on a diff cd?

Yes.
What burning software do u use??
If its nero goto file>burn image and then search for the Cue file and click open, then burn.
Do that for each Cue file you have.
BTW Cue + Bin = 1 Cd Image.
