What will they look like when they're in their 20's ?
But I do notice that a lot of young girls in the States look very bimbo-ish for their age.A 13 year old wearing tons of make-up and dressing up in skimpy clothing is just to sad.And I'm pretty sure those girls in the picture aren't 12 year old,or they must have gotten a visit to the siliconplant for their birthday,if they are

They're not from the States, they're from Canada. Must be something in the water up there.

Actually it's all of North America that you see 13 year olds dressed up. There's also a chinese word that describes this too
