Thread: Boot Up Problem

    OK its now fixed but before my pc couldn't boot up when it got to where it was gonna start windows it said NTLDR is missing press ctrl alt del to restart. So what is NTLDR?

    i had the same problem, i think i fixed it by messing with BIOS

    NTLDR and/or NTDETECT.COM file pc needs it 2 boot up if it is missing or currupt then u have 2 replace it using the repair console. it normaly happends when u set up a dual boot

    Ya what I caused this is in the bios I was trying to set the setting for my ide hard drive so it didn't have to detect everytime i started up. For my primary master i picked normal when I should have picked large
