oops. nvm. i meant megabits. sory bout that. i was using bandwidthplace.com&#39;s speed test. stupid router is slowing everything down.

for anyone curious about their upload,
(for configuring klite, emule, etc,)
try HERE
you have to install an active x control, but its safe
well, virus free at least, dont know what spybot will have to say about it

edit - sptbot has assured me that this active x is just fine
