Its about right just divide by 8 and your good enough ie 1024(1meg) by 8 = 128 etc.

Configure your router to open up ports you are using. Read the manual on how to do this or visit their website for further info.

These pages have a vast amount of information on other ISP's including graphs, and other ISP reviews by customers.

For instance, if you bothered to tell us where you are from, I could have helped you further. UK users click here to see an example.

    You're welcome.

I'd advise checking out ADSL Guide & ADSL Guide's Compare as well. You can check your ISP among other UK providers.

    you said gigabits?
i thought my connection opting @ 2.2 megs was nice

btw, these links are all fine, but has anyone ran into one that
can tell you up & down stream instead of overall b/w?
ive been to too many online tests, and none ive seen gives you an up/down rating,
    just the overall

edit - never mind, yahoo is my friend
I am just a worthless liar. I am just an imbecile.
I will only complicate you. Trust in me and fall as well.
I will find a center in you. I will chew it up and leave.
I will work to elevate you just enough to bring you down.
