@Gen......It's a good idea to get a bike, What sort of bike do you want? Are you worried what style it is?

And are you worried about performance etc?

style wouldn't matter at all, as long as it ran fine i'd be happy

i'd not be too bothered with performance either, as long as it was a bit nippy that'd be fine

i'm not sure if it's gonna go ahead or not yet, my mum isn't too happy on the idea :">
On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
With your mind power, your determination, your instinct and the experience as well, you can fly very high.

Heh no I know, my mum freaked when I came home with my 1100
She said the engine is to big and should have 4 wheels

If you're not worried about style and want to keep cost down then I suggest you go for a Honda CB125 (4-stroke, more reliable) or maybe a Suzuki GP100 (2-stroke, nippy but go wrong easy)
If you want a demonic 125 then try to find an old Yamaha RD125lc, nasty little shits they are, but prone for engine probs, altho you can tweak them so easy.

I had a GP100, very easy to work on as there are no tappets or cam chains to worry about, I had 80mph out of mine, it cost me £300 9 years ago.

But to be honest I strongly recomend a 4-stroke, Honda CG or CB 125
I done my test on a CG125, good little bike

You have to realise that a 125cc is not going to be a racer, they like towns and cities tho

Buy a Used Bike Guide mag, it's about 10 inches high by 8 wide and about £2, very honest and acurate

    No probs dude

If you need to know anything just ask, I been on the road on many different bikes for 9 years

And taken most of them to bits and put them back together with only 1 or 2 bits left over
