I didn't notice this. It would be a good thing though to see in practice what would a lot of users with a multiple sourcing enabled client do to a hub community. Opinions are strongly divided on that subject.

See what I mean.

However with the option 'Enable secure user identification' turned off (in latest versions it's turned off by default) RC is not detected by ops or bots. But not seeing it is definitely not the same as accepting a client.

No, I meant accepting by hub owners.
Some of the top hubs in my country now allow Reverse Connect.
Currently are allowed DC++ , oDC, NEO-MODUS DC, DCGUI, REVERSE CONNECT.

This I think is very good news.

u all nvr realize one thing while using this client!!!!!
If u read the notes in their sourceforge homepage!, they tell u upload more and download more!!!
u alll know wat that means??
means even if u have dont have any slots free, pple who are using DC++(any client) will be able to download form u !!.
so REV-CONN is not really a leeching software!!!! infact it speeds up the DC++ downloads, so as to attract more people!!!!!!

How can this be true? I really doubt this is the case. If I have 10 open slots, 10 users will be downloading from me.

I think almost every client has the potential to be a leeching tool. It's DC++ communities, good bots amd ops that are keeping leeching at a almost acceptable level. And RC is just taking DC++'s downloading to the next logical level.
