I know what you're saying and can see your point, what I was trying to say is Rikk brings colour to the board, I know he can get controversial at times but surly thats healthy for the board to have intense debate?
It makes for a good read.

I do understand why he's picked up on, like you said he's established here so therefore he's watched to some extent.
But if he's now left because of it I think thats sad.

Rick Aka billy has had more chances then anyone before on our board, even now he was just set to moderation, but he can't handle that and circumvent it by using his "sons" account (btw circumventing moderation done not for the 1st time ). Another major offend. Is he more as some other meber? I guess not we just treat him the same as all problem members

just wondering why almost all posters in favor of our beloved Billy also are regulars on billy and ricks forum...

what it basically boils down to is it only takes one disagreement with a mod for you to be noticed and jumped on for anything slightly out of order.... after all mods are human too... you can't be totally unbiased, and once one mod has taken a disliking to you it's fairly obvious the other mods will watch you more closely...

I don't think BD should leave but that is his choice... I can understand the frustration he would be feeling to be moderated after so long ...

you can't deny he has helped people on this forum...

and it does take two to argue... BD can't argue with himself and he can't always be the one to start them...

but all of this is pretty irrelevant really.... he will either stay or go... the mods will moderate and there will always be someone new popping in to shit-stir and cause problems...

edit for jetje... ahhh... maybe it's our own conspiracy theory.... ... or maybe it has something to do with the time zone and this is the time we are normally on...

They let more things go there because that is how they are.
And he has'nt started many topics over there for the same reason 7th has'nt here or Baz has'nt at my place.
And it's a bit besides the point, people are sticking up for him and joining his forum because they have some sort of respect for him.

I agree wholeheartedly. Moderation is just to catch those who might be problematic; if all he did was troll we'd ban him. Because he has something to offer to the board, he has been given many more chances than others.
