So I've never known this thing - does cancer only appear on a person that has family with records of having cancer? Or can it pop out eventually somehow?

Is that so? What types of cancer? Yea I know you can get it through smoking, but I'm talking about those types of cancer where you have a tumor in your brain and shit.
