This is how you install NAV 2004 PRO:

Disconnect from Internet(best to pull the plug physically)
UnZIp the file
Run the KeyGen to get CD label Code write it down on paper.
Close Keygen
Run the NAV SETUP installer icon And follow the onscreen instructions if you like you can let NAV 2004 PRO do a basic scan of HD before installing to check for viruses but this can take some time so be patient if you use that option. When prompted insert te Serial you wrote down.

Do not run the Activation during installation instead select to do that later.

After you have finished installing exit NAV and restart your computer.

Open up NAV 2004 PRO and while still disconnected from the net do the activation procedure. NAV will attempt several times to connect to Symantecs servers after several tries it will give you some options one is to do it by phone select that option and you will see a code.

Open the Keygenerator again and insert the code into the Phone Challenge fields

Then click the second generate button next to the About button. The phone challenge code will be generated. Insert that one in NAV 2004. Click OK(Or Activate do not remember exactly the name of the button) and NAV 2004 PRO will now be activated and fully usable for 1 year. At a later time you can then use the other included crack to extend Live Update untill 2029 but I have not used it yeat since it is uneccessary to do it right away so I do not know if that one will work but probably it will.

Here is the precise instructions from the Read Me file included with the Keygen:

"1. run NAVSETUP.EXE and use the keygen to generate your CD Install Key.

2. once installed MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET! That means: UNPLUG, DISCONNECT or use a FIREWALL!!

3. Go to Product Activation, select "Activate your product now, but skip registration". It will complain that it cant connect to symantec servers.

4. Press next untill you get to the retry screen.

5. Select "Activate my software by phone" and use the keygen once more to get your final unlock code... Mission accomplished, Rest in peace, you can now connect to the internet again btw ;-)

Is this an important file?

Mayby your download got corrupt try to download a new copy and hopefully no missing bits will be the result!.

But before attempting that you can also try to use WinZip instead of WinRar and see if that will open it!.
