Well I'm not sure what this girl does for work, or you could fit that into your conversation... but basically just go in and ask if she has a free minute. When she says 'yeah sure' or whatever, just ask her out for a drink or something. She'll either say yes or no and at least she'll know you're interested in her. Give her a smile, make her laugh if you can and you're set.
