    Shutdown if nothing is downloading.
    But got to shutdown more often to save power now mum and dads huh

    Before I went to watercooling I used to shut down at night.
    Now I don't because I am Folding 24/7 and trying to optimise the cooling setup.

    After I get things the way I want them I'm not sure what I'll do.

    Only now & again recently...because i still havn't got around to puting thermal paste under my new cpu yet i bought a mnth or two ago.
