just get DVD decrypter or smart ripper, and you can demux the vobs and make AC3 files out of the audio, i'ts very simple.

anything that's on the dvd will be in the vob files, you will have to select the chapters, I've never actually tried doing this, cuz I always just extract all the vobs, for full dvd backups, but I've seen that option in smart ripper, so it can be done.

the beginning and ending of a music video doesnt necessarily correspond to the chapters, if it does then its much easier to extract the video. Just rip the dvd in their chapters.

Otherwise, findout at what time on the dvd the music video starts and ends. The vobs files on the dvd are usually of equal length except the last one. Go to the correct vob file and use some thing like vobsplit to cut out the part you want.
