Read my post, FC. I never said it was cool being in your 30's (although mine have been pretty cool&#33, I said it is cool that generally, people accept "thirtysomething" as an age from you, rather than questioning specifics.

Or maybe they just think you're too old to remember your exact age....

I got a way of making you feel better, it's a story to use on people when they turn 30 and don't like it

Ok I want you to imagine your 40th party, all your mates there having a laugh and getting pissed in an adult way.

Now imagine your 50th........you all stand there talking about the old days and no one drinking much but still having fun.

Now your 60th.....you have your grand children bring you sweets and you have a couple of whiskeys.

Now imagine your 85th birthday party, you sit in the corner with the same drink for 3 hours watching young people having fun and occassionally getting asked if you need the loo, then after a couple of hours you want to go to bed so you ask someone to help you, then they all leave as you lay in your bed looking back thinking............

Oh god I wish I was 30
