I like MST 3000, so it's at least a cool mod in that, but it's not really the coolest mod ever, but definitely a cool idea.
And I've seen the Teddy bear mod too, they used the mini-itx boards to create it, wasn't a powerful pc, only 800mhz, but still its cute.
