    If its .wav then you could do it in Soundforge (or any of the myriad waveform editors that I haven't used). It may be a bit tricky at first because you will be copying and pasting the actual waveform, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. There is more than likely a simpler way to do it, this is the only way I can think of off the top of my head, but at least it's something, in case this ends up being the only reply you get.

    There's no 'I' in 'team'. But then there's no 'I' in 'useless smug colleague', either.
    And there's four in 'platitude-quoting idiot'. Go figure.

    Yeah, you can use sound recorder in Windows as well.
