I do not look down on prostitutes....I don't pity them...as a whole anyhow..I like sex...and if i looked good enuf where i could pick and choose who to sleep with and get paid for it...doesnt sound bad to me...of course the ones who are addicts or so desperate that they sleep with just anybody or whoose situation brothel..pimp forces them to sleep with just anyone....I could see how that would be bad for ones self image.

They had a special on Discovery channel about a brothel and interviewed hookers there in Vegas...is was informative.

One girl was a profession corparate worker..and she comes in 1 weekend every 2 months and works there on the side...shes using the money to buy her house...

Hookers in my area don't really make any money.
The pimp takes ALL of it.
The hooker is provided clothing, shelter, and food.
This is sort of good IF you are a runaway and have NO place to go (but live on the street) but it will get tiresome quickly.
Pimps will alot of times trap the hooker with drugs and so forth. His only overhead is what the hooker is provided with. Money is not given because it makes it easier for the hooker to leave the pimp.
I've known pimps and hookers during my street tenure and know the business "pretty" well.
Weirdly enough a female last year tried to get my phone number at the mall and we end up talking for a bit. I asked her what she did for a living and she said she turned tricks. I told her I don't pay for pussy and she said, "I like you is that OK? Hoes can't have a boyfriend?" That was classic.

I have a lot of respect for prostitutes.

I enjoy sex, however I couldnt do it with some old wrinkly (for example) no matter how much money is on offer, this is something that Prostitutes do often.

If someone can do something that you cant, then you have to respect that.

As UKMan has said, there are more than 1 type of Prostitute too.


In the UK for example (and i believe in most US States)..

An "Escort" or "Call Girl" is worth every penny you pay for them. They chose to be in the profession because of there love for it and make VERY good money for it.

This is a huge step away from Street Girls, who are often there due to their circumstances. They dont want to do that job..they may be hooked on drugs or have Pimps beating them up etc etc.. I feel sorry for these girls, and dont believe anyone will get good "Service" from them...as Hobbes said, you might as well use your hand.

In Germany, this isnt necessarily the case. Prostitution is controlled by the State in Germany, and even the Street Girls are "Clean" and "Safe" generally.

Sex with someone that wants you is always going to be better, in my opinion however others feel differently.
