Pasword Change Email

i got an email saying
"This email has been sent from https://filesharingtalk.com/index.php.

You have received this email because a user account password recovery
was instigated by you on KL Board."
i never asked for this and it told me to ignore and delete it. however, could it be that someone is trying to steal my account? i have their IP (the IP of the sender was put in the email) if that would help someone figure out some info.
