    It's strange, because I know it works fine on XP mashines, then it should go along with Windows 2000...
    Have you installed the latest stable version 2.0 RC2?
    You also have to take in consideration that this player is still in a development. Some errors may occur.

    P.S. Also more about subitles' support. As I know many asked the author in a future version make subtitles' position at the screen vertically adjustable. This feature isn't very hard to realize. It would be really useful! B)

    Yes, it's not free...
    But as I wrote: the only limitation of this trial version is popup-screen when you launch player and open configuration window.
    There is no time-limit or feature-disable restriction!
