Try the SYMClean utility to uninstall NSW.

    HERE

Scroll down and open the 'How to use the SYMClean utility'
It will walk you through the steps.

    Hope this helps,
    Steve

The only other methods would be to do a manual uninstall; clean and search the registry for any keywords such and Symantec; systemworks; nortons, etc and remove them.

HERE is the manual uninstall method.

Well if you have removed everything in add/remove related to Nortons or Symantec. Then you used the Symantec Clean Utility and tried the manual clean, cleaned and searched the registry (I prefer regcrawler) then the only other thing to do is live with it or do a fresh install of windows.
