Will A Movie In .bin And .cue Be A Real Svcd

how can i make sure they are SVCD?

bin/cue can be svcd/vcd/kvcd/skvcd anything really, thats why you go by the name

well as long as it's not just an avi it's ok

well you could always get winiso and have a peek inside the bin to check and see what you have..
