yeah..what's wrong with being 20?!?! like i said, i'm a "peaceful" type of guy....i don't start shit with people for no fuckin reason, like this dumbass did.......and you know, fighting as kids is different as fighting as adults, man, things get more rough and hard pounding when you fight as older men......this wasn't no fuckin slapping the face, clawwing, yanking on each others t-shirt type of thing......and yeah, the doctor told me it was a concussion, does that mean that she lied?

and well.......i would prefer a scan, it would cost i don't know how much depending on my co-payment plan, i don't know if they would charge or not.....emergency room would be 100 bucks.....but yeah.....shit, as least if i had that, i'd be more relaxed right now......rather than thinking about it like every fuckin minute that passes by now

Mike, a concussion cannot be seen by CT scan or even MRI. If you have a "bruise" on your brain (contusion) it will heal just fine.

Long term problems come from repetitive concussions, and based on what you have posted I think your didn't even have that. She just wanted to give a "diagnosis" and offer her reassurance. People like a "name" for what they have, rather than uncertainty.

Earlier, Spindulik posted a rather terrifying personal story. The person involved must have had his skull fractured by the bottle. The fractured bone nicked a blood vessel and bleeding occured. Had this happened to you, you would be unable to talk or move and you certainly wouln't be posting here.

There is a slower type of bleed, but if you are not having severe headaches not relieved by aspirin or muscle relaxants, cannot think straight, have difficulty speaking or walking, just tell you doc this and you will get CT scanned pronto.

It seems to me that your ego got hit harder than your physical body.

oh wait, how stupid of me, i kept saying before to the doctors and stuff that i don't have headaches, but those bruises are fucking hurting my head and causing me pain......so of course, i'd have headaches..........MAN!!! what the fuck....i must be stupid or something...... If you can't tell the difference between muscle soreness and a headache which makes coherent thought impossible, then you are in a pickle.

Headache is a common mans term referring to "brain pain", pain outside of the skull is not what we mean we talk about headaches.

man, it's like that around here, i live in a ghetto area, where that's how it's thought like.......

and yeah, i had a headlock to the floor and his whole body weight was on top of me........kinda was in an awkward position, so i couldn't really do anything , tried to get from my knees up but that wasn't working.....

but yeah.....actually now that i think about it, i did, and do have headaches....i just .........what the fuck......if you have HEAD INJURIES , then fuckin, as long as the bruise and shit is still there, ISNT" THAT CONSIDERED A "HEAD-ACHE"?!??!?!
