Do you think there's something similar for eMule Plus v1i?

I currently have 1MB Cable (1024/256) which gives me speeds of 130KB Downstream / 30KB Upstream.

I've never got higher than 20KB download on eMule and that's with leaving it on overnight

Any help would be fantastic.
