i don't think it's that long coming, but unless there's competitive prices i won't be paying...
i can get albums for less than 1p each, and even though i know it'll never be that cheap i'd like for it to be relatively cheap

If it were "legalized" I would think about it, however, it would really depend on how much the RIAA / Goverment wants to put in their pocket.
