Buying A Guitar

My buddy is selling me his guitar for 400 bucks(Canadian). Its a brand new barly used jackson JS1 Dinky http://www.jacksonguitars.com/gear/g...rtno=JS1_Dinky . Plus a brand new amp, looks and sounds really nice but dont know any specs on it. Just wondering if he is rippin me off cuz i dont know shit about guitars.

Well this fucking sucks, My mom cant lend me money to buy it but i want it sooo bad im gonna give up my computer for it. O well, gotta make sacrafices.
