I'm typing a search in kazaa for window XP Professional and it comes up with a 449 meg file is it for real??? if so how can i burn the EXE file to disk so it boots up using nero??

Thats the one you want because XP Pro makes you activate the OS, Corp does not. You need a key to get the OS installed just like Pro, but once Windows is loaded, you wont have to activate. Just did it myself. Just reconfig the BIOS to boot from the CD after you burn the program to CD.
Use this to find a Corp Key:
File:XPKey.exe
Length:49152 Bytes,48KB

Normally, if a file such as "Windows_XP_Corporate_Final" has an *.exe ending, you need to change this to *.iso so that your CD burning software knows what to do with it. Then, burn to CD and Bob's yer uncle.
