Mozilla Firebird

Whenever I click an mms protocol link (streaming windows media) I get an error in firebird saying mms is not a registered protocol. This has never happened before when I have watched streams in the past.

Does anyone know where the config files for registering that protocol in mozilla is. I know it can be manually configured in opera but the option I dont see in firebird. It may have accidently gotten screwed up and I dont feel like reinstalling firebird eventhough all my extensions and stuff are installed in my profile directory.
