Someone comes in here and makes a simple thread about how they feel or what they have done and it gets abused by someone else, instead of trying to understand why that person made it in the first place. No wonder there are so many crap threads arising, because there is no respect from others.
Most people here have nothing else to do and maybe, just maybe this place is the only place they can let off steam, or meet others who are just as bored, but what happens... they get attacked for being spammers or creating worthless threads. No thread is worthless, in the eye of the poster it might the most important thing of the day... a place to be heard and listened to. Maybe they are extremely unhappy and mobbed in the real world and this place is where they come to say things without being jumped upon.
Time for reflection i think from all concerned.
Agreed, there are some real bad threads, but what does that matter in the long run? Give it a rest from all the abuse and sarcasm and lets get this place back to where it was a long time ago.
Peace
UKMan
The starting post was a complaint about flaming and what happens straight of the bat? A slanging match! It always used to be such a nice place to come here and lately its like its turning to shit.
I used to love coming here but now I'm kinda not fussed about visiting to even read let alone post.
Whydoes it have to be like this?
What has the Kazaa Lite Forum become?

Stalkers and Board Police, those are the biggest problems in the lounge.

I am a rookie here so I don't know what it was like in The Good Old Days....
I understand this is the Lounge and anything goes...I hate Flamewars and your post suckwars and that nonsense..for all that it matters...I like the deep topics cause it makes one think and this in turn distracts me from making my eyeball collection any bigger....having a hard time hiding all of them and have ran out of room in my basement for the bodies..I mean donors of said eyes..they signed the bloody organ donar card ok!!....
anyway back to the subject at hand or eye-level as i prefer...We used to have a primal scream room for users to post rants and yell about bad stuff on their minds..kinda blow off steam type room...some threads are so silly that i just dont respond...because of the mood that I am in...but i dont call that spam...it goes with being in the lounge...I guess we could keep the lounge for non-serious threads only and make another philosophical room for deep stuff...something to think about...
I have had a deep-fried Twinkie!!..Ahhh.....
